It's really frustrating that your app seems to be crashing, but are you sure it's definitely a crash? Let's double-check. Receiving a notification that the app is not responding (see image) doesn't necessarily mean that the app is crashing. It could also be a performance issue with the phone itself.
How can you check this:
- Are other apps on my phone also slow? (performance)
- Am I running multiple programs simultaneously on my phone, possibly filling up the memory? (performance)
- Are all other apps you're using suddenly closing and is your phone freezing? (crash)
- Do I have internet connection on my phone?
